CHOOSING THE CORRECT LENSES - On your prescription you should be given a Sph (Sphere) or DS (Dioptre Sphere) value for each eye, If you only have Sph values on your prescription then simply choose the same strength goggle lenses. If your prescription falls between two of the options on offer, we would recommend moving DOWN to the next available dioptre. For example, if your prescription is -3.75 then move down to -3.5. Please refer to the size chart attached.
