DELIVERY & RETURN:

  1. FREE delivery for Robinson customers
  2. Delivery takes 2 weeks for small items, 3-5 weeks for bulky items.
  3. The shipping company and seller are separated, for delivery enquiries and concerns, please contact the shipping company for further information.
  4. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched to the shipping company. The shipping company will contact you ahead to arrange delivery time.
  5. For bulky items, sometimes we crate them to better protect your orders from potential damages during shipping. Kindly note that dismantlement service and installation service are not included in the free shipping. 
  6. If you need dismantlement or installation service, feel free to email installation@lafloriahomedecor.com with your order number and contact number, we will send a contractor to help you.
  7. We only accept return/exchange requests for defective or damaged products
