Safe Curing:

The Thermolon™ Volt coating is a derivative of sand that is transformed into a sprayable solution through a sol-gel process, applied to the walls of the inner pan with zero adhesives. The inner pan is heated through an oven for curing and releases 60% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to producers of traditional non-stick PTFE pans
